Terms and Conditions
The United Kingdom’s Consumer Contract Regulations (June 2014) provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation if you wish to cancel your order please either write to us at Customer Care, MO CHROI SKINKARE, 18 Bridewell Alley, Norwich NR2 1AQ, or email us on email@example.com with details of your cancellation.
If you have already received the products, you must carefully repackage and return them to us at the returns address shown below. Until you have returned the products to us, including any Free Products included with your order, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them.
We will credit the price of the cancelled products once we have received and checked that they are in a re-saleable condition (sealed and unsued). We will not refund any postage costs incurred.
We will take great care to ensure that you receive the correct goods in perfect condition and that they are in good working order. However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please call Customer Care on firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We will either replace the products or arrange a credit note as appropriate. Please contact Customer Care on email@example.com first, and we will issue you a returns number (which you will need to include in the package) and instructions on how to return the goods to us. You will need to obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office for us to ensure the item have been posted.

For all goods returned, we recommend that you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery) as you will be responsible for the goods until we receive them.
Delivery Costs for Online Orders
Our standard UK shipping charge is £7.50 UK standard order of up to three items. Any additional items will be charged at £1.50 per item.
Please note: we are seeing more prolonged than usual delivery times as we experience challenges due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation.
Delivery Times for Online Orders
Once payment has been processed, we aim to ship all orders within two (2) working days of receipt. From dispatch, please allow around 3–5 working days for delivery.
Please note the cut off time is 11.00 am. Any order placed after 11.00 am will be dispatched the following working day.
Working days for us are Tuesday to Friday (not including UK Bank / Public Holidays).
Please note, we do not despatch or deliver at weekends or public holidays and are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Unfortunately we cannot replace orders where the delivery address has been entered incorrectly by the person placing the order.
